Veteran driver, Joey Fowler, of St. Charles, MI was the feature winner in round 2 of The Michigan Dirt Cup Allstar Performance Modified Tour at Butler (MI) Speedway on Saturday June 11. Mark held off stiff challenges from Frank Marshall and Brian Ruhlman on the way to his big win.
